Ok, I get that. But how do I get the door panel off? I can get the handle screw out and the ash tray screw, but isn't there some screw at the back of the panel? if so I can't get to that.

Stuck door

We have a 92 Civic LX 4 door that was purchased used.
For some reason, the driver side rear door is stuck shut. I can pull up the lock and pull the inside and outside handles, but it won't open.

Success!!
We did the test a second time and the fan kicks on just before the temp gauge gets to half way. Just to be sure, we cooled the engine and did the test a third time. Same results, the fan...

Hi,
I'm helping T_ypEr with this process, and here's the latest.
We replaced the fan switch on the thermostat housing, as well as the thermostat, this time with a genuine Honda part. The Pep Boys...

Good point, I'll check the bearing surfaces.

I'm guessing that since I took out the original cam with the timing gear at TDC with the crank, I should be able to just drop it into the new head the...

Ok here's the scoop. I had a hole in one of the exhaust runners, and coolant was leaking into the #4 cylinder.

I checked several local cylinder head repair shops and no one could weld or plug it....

We changed the head gasket on our 92 civic LX, torqued it to spec per the manual. When all done, we started it up and it ran fine, except the TWS was bad and we had to replace it and also...

92 Civic - Checklist

Hi all,
I just purchased a 92 Civic LX/4dr./auto for a project. It has 80K miles and has been sitting for a year, with about 1/8 tank of gas in it. I think I know what to clean up to get it running...
