Final problem remaining is still the uneven idle when the motor is warm. I am thinking that it is the EGR valve: https://honda-tech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2467697

ok, found the problem. Yes, it wasn't recognizing the key, because I had replaced the drivers side fuse box. Apparently this box works hand in hand with the main computer (ECM) and I would need to...

@Ronin1 - I have checked the relay... even replaced it once, but not the problem.

@poorman212 - the green light does not appear however I suspect that the problem still might have something to do...

Ok, sprayed either into the air intake and the motor kicked off for a second when I cranked it, so its a fuel problem... I am wondering if the ECM (computer) is not allowing injectors to open? I...

My 2002 accord ex 4 door 4 cyl vtec cranks, but doesn't start. Initially it wouldn't even turn over, but after installing a new starter it turns over.

Having a similar problem with '02 accord. Won't start when it drops below freezing, buts starts right up every time it thaws, I'll try the "dizzy" and the ECM with it, and let you know what happens.
