the alternator is only charging 13.50V..my manual alternator info test says it has to be no less than 13.90V.if less that 13.90v i need to fix or...

Connect the No. 1 and No. 2 terminals of the compressor clutch relay 4P socket with a jumper wire.

COMPRESSOR CLUTCH RELAY 4P SOCKET



Does the compressor clutch click ?

YES - Go to step 6.
