Sounds like the throttle cable is binding. Have someone sit in the car with the engine off. Tell them to work the gas pedal while you watch the cable actuate. Make sure it retracts into the cable...

Don't be mislead by the title of this home movie. Yes, it's called Bubbles, but there's nothing happy happening here. The bubbles seem to describe a leaking head gasket.

Please confirm if this is correct. Just to be clear, the harness side goes to the ECU.

1. signal
2. ground
3. power
4. heater control
