Tps should be at .5v closed and 4.5v at wot. At 5.5 its out of spec and will cause problems.

#7 in the diagram would be the culprit. Its what seals where the distributor goes through the head and into your cam.

Look at the hole for the endlink on the lca, is there thread in it or no? Answer solved.
I wanna say aftermarket are not threaded so you'll need a nut and bolt.

Well the dropping rpms from idle makes it sound like timing or a fuel delivery problem, whens last time fuel filter was replaced? I assume your running injectors from a previous motor so they should...

You are running the obd0 distributor? Checked there's spark and fuel in each cylinder?
