My Accord is an LX. And yes D2 starts me off in first gear and then I shift into 2nd by down shifting into D1. If i leave it in D1 it stays in 2nd - no matter what.

No, I haven't...

Hi,

I have a 1989 Accord w/ 230,000 miles on it.

As I was driving about 30mph it slipped into neutral. I can still drive it in 1st and 2nd gear if I start in D2 for 1st gear and i downshift...
