Lol no I'm not saying cause there digital there more accurate.... I'm saying I prefer digital, easier to read, just wanted to know if certain brands were more accurate...

I searched around and found 2 setups...

T fitting at stock sensor location with new sensor t'd off with it

And

Oil filter sandwich plate....

One better then other? More accurate?

compression ratio and motor build help?

My block is a zc, which from what I've read is comparable to a 92-96 d16z6, my head is 98 d16y8, I used a y8 Gasket which is thinner then z6, mods r skunk2 intake manifold, Cai, header and exhaust, ...

yea i put everything back together, its been a week now, no issue except im still burning oil which means its time to pull the pistons and swap the rings...

just pull up on the valve stem before...

I got it done! Easy but time consuming , hardest part was probably getting old seals off, got the special tool, and u still gotta work each seal pretty good but easier then pliers...

Ok I did the mini me swap and read many forums, some state with zc block to pull it some dont, anyways.... Is this a problem? Anyone know difference between having one in and out? Location?

Wondering what cars to look for at junkyard that I could pull better motor out of and swap in for better horsepower, they charge 150 a block with head and some components

first off i have an extra head that i already broke down to get a feel for the procedure...

ive read the haynes manual procedure, just got a couple questions...

do i have to use camshaft lube...

the blue red round one is starting to look like knock sensor for my research but I have a zc block and there's not a spot for knock sensors on them.... Don't know what ill do bout it, the other...

It has 2 pin ins, and I already have a connector hooked up to knock sensor

ok so im throwing 2 cels p0141 and p0325, which are secondary o2 sensor and...

Well I can see I might have a head Gasket leak for the coolant going into the combustion cause of the white smoke but where's my oil going? Block cleaned, no leaks, no black smoke, not mixing with...
