Problem solved. It was the interior light/antenna fuse-15A under the hood. I think I blew it when I connected the new lighter unit. The dome light, antenna, and intermittent wipers are also...

So since I got rid of the casing and direct connected the wire to the back of the lead shouldn't it work? I still have the casing, but I changed the end to a flat connector that makes a direct...

I am having the same problem. I have a 92 Accord. The radio works. I just noticed that the dome light is out. I popped out the lighter unit and everything was connected. I saw that little case...
