Automatic to Stick ?

Simple question 96 ek 4dr , in the process or making it stick , wich car can i take the parts out of ? or course an ek but how about eg dc da ef ?????

oohhhhhh ****kkkkkk , you do not need to take the rack off , go to your local autoparts and they will have a inner tierod tool , for rent . first loosen the nut on the outer tie rod but leave it on ,...

i dont know about that whole coilover thing with the money you gona on that i would do a nice tein setup and get control arms and other tracking control parts

Teins are a good way to go , but if you on a buget i would recomend coils over , ebay sounds bad but properly setup does magic even stock cut spring done right will give you a nice ride

mount the sensor 4" aways fromthe tb and make sure you solder the wires and use shrink insulation . just a opinion .
