It will, but it's gonna be a tight fit and may have to lower your motor if you don't want to separate the booster and MC when you install it, you'll also have to bend one of the lines to fit, it's...

The easiest way to tell if the bearing's bad is when the clutch is engaged, it would usually make a lot of noise, there could be a chance that the throw out bearing might have fell out of its clip...

ZC is what they use in Japan to indicate a 1.6L single cam, I've seen shops swap ZCs into their customer cars with the dpfi manifold, it works though haha

Check the clutch cable, make sure the cable is still attached to the pedal, if all is good, look into replacing your clutch/pressure plate, does it make any noise when you step down on the pedal?

This ghetto but shave the tabs a bit, or ovalize the holes and fit it correctly so that your timing is "correct"
