Can anybody here tell me or perhaps show me, how to remove the transmission? By showing I mean like a website or something like that. Also I've heard that the 5 speed tranny from the 1500 civic will...

Well since you dont have to worry about emissions there, then id take out the old carb setup an swap it for a weber carb. Those will not only clean up alot of that vacuum line mess, but also give the...

ok im not 100% sure on this but check your negative wire on your battery. it could be causing ground issues if its not grounding out out right. For example my dad has a 2000 dodge ram an if its not...

well this is my 1982 honda civic 1300 4 speed base model. i bought this car on craigslist for the price of $450. Currently the things i know that are wrong with it is the transmission is broken....

Nice car. Looks really clean for its age. To me it sounds as if your doing a full engine rebuild. Is that what your doing? If not then I'd recommend doing that since your already taking the engine...

Sweet thats awesome :) but the 5 speed wouldnt be too much for the little 1.3L engine?? Cause if not im doing this cause the 4 speed on my car is fried, so if im gonna replace i might as well go...
