I believe scca needs 7 turns on the lug nuts but that was for a mustang. Im sure it would be very close for most cars. If in doubt I'd just run arp extended studs.

I'd say that they just weren't gapped correctly, or it had detonation and those just happened to fail first.
I'd also stick with the same brand ring as you know they will fit correctly.

That oil doesn't look good but if it was piston to wall it would clack at startup and idle. The oil could be multiple things but you might have a separate issue there. I'd say from what youre...

Sry ya I just read it. I would datalog a live graph of all major sensors and make sure that there's no fluctuation in any. I had a blox tps that went bad and was doing weird things.
