Yeah. the fic has a clamp to limit max intake pressure. So with the p28 and stock injectors i should be able to just plug it in w obd2b to obd1 harness and not alter any wiring? I thought the stock...

I had same problem with seized bolts on cap. I used dielectric grease on those threads and come off nice now.
