Here is a picture of the leaking cap in the ECU, not sure if this could be a culprit of the code 14 showing up on the transmission side, but regardless it's something to check for and replace on my...

TCU internals were perfect. For the fun of it I took the ECU out and inspected both sides of the board as well. Found one small cap 33mcf 35v in the middle of the board to be some what leaking down...

Very well could be the ECU, I'd make sure to get a pressure reading from your fuel pump as well. The F23a1 motor turns vtec on at 2500rpm, maybe it's trying to advance timing too much or little and...
