Anyone know where I could pass my 95 civic hatch w d16z6 swap "under the table". It has a CEL, and I'm pretty sure the 3in exhust +can isnt going to help. Do they also run the VIN number?

just checked the problem. the valve timing was way off from a previous adjustment. its running smooth as a criminal now :)

Hmm I haven't checked that yet, but I 'll pull off one from my other hatch and try it. But according to what a couple of people said, the main relay works if you can hear the fuel prime
