my main point is securing the base so it doesn't swing, when the regular belt still being used. I have 4 yrs clear driving record so don't bs with me. just my .2 cent if you don't like it gtfo...

Nice to know! probably they start having it on 2000 model... those could be nice to use to secure your sub-woofer! lol, that's my next mod on my tC, it got 6 anchors & 6 latch more than what I need...

I didn't see any on my 99 Civic DX: 4d Sedan but will triple check that today after I get home from work.. I'm 99% sure there isn't one for my DX.

That's for mounting second step up car seat for baby older who can sit facing toward the windshield not for infant with base facing the back seat. Also my 99 Civic DX doesn't have those top...
