Started doing it again, alternator tested out fine per oreillys. I have noticed one thing though. Everytime it starts doing it, I turn on the AC and headlights giving it a load, it stops and starts...

Thank you. That is not the only light flickering, the headlights and dash lights do it too. Can the alternator be tested in car?

Battery was replaced by previous owners in 2009. Stock alternator with 98K miles on it. The grounds look fine and tight.

Everything works fine at...

Approaching 90K and looking to get the timing belt done soon. What are the other things that are advisable to be replaced when down there? Waterpump will be done obviously. Good idea to replace...

I am thinking you might be able to get away with no damage at idle or low rpm, but the OP states he was doing 75mph at that revs i am willing to bet that the valves are bent.
