I need help on where to find the factory alarm brain for 00' civic ex

I'm trying to match my alarm remote to the serial number on the alarm brain to make sure its the right one. Does anyone know where I can locate the factory Honda alarm brain? I look here and there...

I found the problem. After looking at the manual diagram I realized that there is a blue/yellow wire from master switch to passenger side switch and it has no continuity. Luckily I got a jumper wire...

Have another question in mind.

If I buy this motor and use everything that is included such as the dizzy, intake, etc. would I be able to pass smog in california? or i NEED to use the long block...
