Most likely what will happen is the insurance company will give me KBB value and then ill by the totaled car back from them for a couple hundred dollars, then part it out. They cant crush it or do...

Yeah i really dont want to have to contact the guy i bought it from and tell him, but if there is a possibility that he may have documnetation it may be worth it. And not its with the insurance...

Did you install the coils yourself?
Frame bent sounds liek the most likely case, or something else is off, especially if they are bottomed out.
Its not often that the coils come uneven.
