WOW I FINALLY FOUND THE PROBLEM. LOL The throttle cable was a little tight which caused the throttle to stay open just a hair. :) Thanks for everyones help. Cleaning the IACV and the FITV was good...

Yes I have thought about lifting the car up on jack stands but i dont know how much i trust it while the wheels are in motion. It might be my only way. I have a garage i can put the car on a lift....
