think i got it down, tune the timing for the color change on the ground strap to land in the apex of the bend of the strap, try to get the electrode insulator very light brown, bright white means too...

OK, so im gonna pull -10 degrees out at 5000 rpm, then gradually fade it back in to about -6 at rev limit, correct? This means leaving my initial timing alone, right?

Or should i pull a little...

I just got done installing the OTHER jets i got with the kit, good for a 160 shot.

I read about cube and harv running 400 shots on stock sleeves, B20's at that....

From what i can see, they're Nippon Racing Low-comps. I am guessing you're running boost, so i would say this isnt the best piston for you to use. At low psi you will be ok, but they are cast...

Check your vacuum hoses, a vacuum leak can cause problems like this.

Make sure to scuff with a Gray or Red Scotch-Brite pad before applying sealer. If you seal over anything less than 600 grit, sand scratches will show.

I stay away from Sata, my favorite gun is the DeVilbiss Finish Line series. Like said above, wal-mart guns are fine for primer. Make sure to adhere strictly to mixing requirements.
