I really hope its not a blown head gasket. It could be the heating element. But, my heat works great. Ive checked numerous times and cant find a leak anywhere. Where is this coolant going? :thud:

sometimes I do smell coolant. But I never see any. Also, I think its behind my dash, but it could be the overflow tank. If it is coming out of the overflow tank, would I be able to see it? Also, what...

I have properly bled the system of air. It still makes the noise and I still lose fluid. But no sign of a leak. Pressure test says my cap is good and no leaks.

Cap is brand new and every time i add fluid i make sure there is no air.

Could it be anything else?

I never have any overheating problems. I just replaced the radiator. The only time it overheats is when the fluid level goes down. But when the sound happens, I don't see any fluid on the ground.

I'm 95% sure its the oil pan gasket. Oil is everywhere on the oil pan. It seems to be coming from the seal. Also its a pretty bad leak.

Never got it tested.

And yes it came from the overflow.

I think the car might have had a blown headgasket in the past and been repaired. Because the inside of the tubes and radiator were brown...

Ive been having alot of electrical problems and I figured out that its probably the ELD(electronic load detection unit).

I replaced the radiator last night and my problem seems to be fixed.
I had a couple mechanics check my car out and both said my head gasket is 100% fine.

But I still don't know where my coolant...

well I put dye in the system and couldnt find any leaks.

Should I just replace the radiator and see if it helps?

Mechanic said it's def. not my head gasket.
He did a pressure test and found no leaks of coolant.

Spark plugs look good. Never any smoke. Not sure what IE means but ive cleaned everything in my car, fuel system, intake, exhaust, transmission, crankshaft, etc. Gotta love seafoam. Thats a good idea...

I'll get those tests done tomorrow. But im 98% sure my head gasket is fine. The car drives fine, no smoke, oil stays fresh, i dont leak any oil. The only time the car overheats is when my fluid gets...

Still cant find a leak anywhere. I don't smell coolant in the car, but my heat isn't working at all.
