Stock air cleaner side ID is 60 mm (we are 65 mm)
Stock air cleaner side OD is 66 mm (we are 67 mm)
Stock piping is starting from 60 mm round then changes into semi-flat bottom oval shape then...

When the radius is really tight you have to use pie cuts. When you mandrel bend pipes you are stretching the material out. In this case, the titanium tubing is 1 mm thick. Another reason is not only...

Perhaps you didn't notice how tight the 180 turn is. There also isn't a whole lot of space and we mimic the stock profile/shape as much as possible.
