Re: Official FS/WTB thread for all classic hondas

Hi, I'm also interested in the Civic if it's still for sale. If you have a craigslist ad or some other type of ad with pictures, that would be awesome. & what is your location?

Re: How much did you pay for your EF?

900 bucks for mine.. When I got it, it was flat black with a blown motor. But it came with another one, so I thought it was worth it. Looking back I'm not really sure if it was, but I love my car! (:

Congrats to the winner! You've done a great job on your car and you definitely diserved this.
Hopefully all the negative attitudes on this thread doesn't discourage Skunk2 & Honda-Tech from pairing...

Re: Crank pulley removal out of car.

If you have a big impact gun and an air compressor, I would do it that way. When my B18 was out of my car I had a heck of a time getting the darn crank pulley off. Finally I borrowed one of my...

Re: The Official Honda TPS wiring and calibration thread

Awesome info, this is very helpful! There is a lot of conflicting information about how to calibrate a tps but this definitely clears it up. This should be added to the FAQ section for sure.

Re: 85 Honda Civic DX

If your timing belt snapped, I wouldn't be surprised if some valves were bent...

Re: Mpfi Ef won't rev up all the way not in limp mode

I have about the same problem as you do, except it happens mostly when giving it only a little gas. the "buhh buhh buhh" is exactly how to describe it. I've never tried calibrating the TPS (and I'm...

Re: backfiring, stuttering, help me figure this out!

The o2 sensor is worth a try, however I don't even have an o2 sensor and my car has never done that.
Does the car smell like it's running rich?
The only other thing I can think of besides the fuel...

Re: crx parts, help plz

Instead of getting cheap ebay parts, I would save my money to get some brand name parts. They don't have to be the most expensive brand out there, but if you're looking for performance then that's...

Re: 91 ef help

I don't really know what you're asking for, since it should already be obd0 but you can buy obd0 to obd1 conversion harnesses for around 200 bucks brand new.

When you replaced the dizzy did you center it? If it's tilted too far forwards or backwards that could possibly advance or retard the timing & make it run a little weird. Also, do you have the extra...
