BUY A BLOCK GUARD IF U GOIN TO RUN IT LIKE THAT DO NOT RUN IT OPEN OR IT WILL DO THE SAME THIN AGAIN U CAN GET THEM ON EBAY CHEAP SO PUT ONE IN IT UNTILL U GET SLEEVES

dude ur not tellin my shit i built a turbo d16 egale rod vitara piston zex cam knife edge crank i spent tons on it 22lbs on race fuel and ran low 8 in 1/8 mile i got a b18c1 with stock parts on 15lbs...

well i turbod mine and it pulled ****in hard when it was cold it got up to temp and it lost power didnt pull ass hard i retuned it and it fixed the problem

z6 and y8 cams are the same just the gears are diff u run a adjustable cam gear and have the cam degreed to correct the diffrance if u change cams

u can us a obd2 dizzy on obd1 car all u do it repin the plugs the white piece coms out and us a pic to push down on the pins they should slide out i had to do the same thing with mine when i put a y8...

im tellin u my d16 did the same shit i turbo mine tho socket the ecu and get it tuned for the cam and set up u wont but i found the best thing to do is go b seris thou stock ecus are funny they run...

have u considerd running a thicker oil like vr1 oil or something mine did that low oil pressure and my oil get hott and thin out so i ran vr1 oil and ran fine

id sleeve or get another block and put a block guard in it if u get another block save u from crankin the sleeves again and dont runn the block like that it will cost u alot more that gettin another...

use a z6 cam in z6 head i tryed and z6 cam in a y8 head and didnt pull for shit so i put a y8 cam in it and it pulled fine and spooled up the turbo great

there a switch right above the clutch peddle make a jumper wire and try it mine did that and theres a rubber bushing in there and it falls out and the switch gose rite through the hole and wont start

get a conversion kit on ebay and tran depends on how short u want ur gears ls is the longest geared trans b16 is the shortest all b seris trans will change u may have to cutomize ur shift linkage and...

tune get a chipped ecu and tune it turn the o2 sensor off and try it

probley goin to be the cam z6 engines tend to like that stock cams i put a y8 head on min and a z6 cam and it didnt pull for shit so put the y8 cam back in and it pulled fine if u want to use that...

dude bad idea on doin that could bend the tie rod i found the best way to get a crank pully off honda is a plumbers torch and impact gun
