One other item to note. The distributor cap was broken, like it was pushed out by the rotor. The two screws that hold it in place were tight.

95 Accord V6 C27A, Timing belt?

Engine quit at 65mph while my son was driving. Squeals loud when turning over, rotor doesn't turn. Timing belt? What type of internal damage?

Eliminated the breaker bar flex by changing my set up. BOOM! Broke the bolt free.
I feel I should change the crankshaft oil seal, any issues to watch for doing that?
Now on to changing the water...

6 point holds just fine.
Still can't break it loose.
Will try and find a big impact wrench.
One rated at 395 ft-lbs not doing the trick.

V6 Crankshaft Pulley Bolt

Decided to start a new thread on this.
Filled the No. 4 cylinder with rope since the pulley holder was bending/not working.
The rope works great.
Now the socket is skipping/rounding off the...

I need some magic here. The pulley holder has bent. The inside of the pulley has chipped from the stress. Explain the heating process again.

Got the Autozone Honda Harmonic Holder tonight. Got the 24" breaker bar in place. Got the front end up high enough to get a good angle and pulled. Heard a nice loud crack....
