The fuel burns fine, the fuel pressure is i high 50's, oil pressure is good, compression is good, open valve cover just to make sure everything was times right.

When the H22 Vtec solenoid activates the hydrolic control valve which moves the synchronizing piston to lock all 3 rocker arms. Does it lock the header rocker arms too? or just the Intake rocker...
