You can't bar Jdm swaps but you can bar Jdm blocks as a replacement block for a usdm engine. Examples......

B16a bar as b16a2 or b16a3 replacement block
B18c bar as b18c1 or b18c5 replacement...

Technically you don't need usdm type r parts. B18c (Jdm block) can be a replacement for usdm GSR or usdm type R.

Only threw in "Jdm version" because a lot of people think they're a Jdm accessory, but in fact are a very popular USDM part.

Rare yea, almost impossibly to find, but it's worth a shot.

From what ive reasearched Tokico illumina and ground control were a good set up along with Koni yellow and ground control. Full coilover strut would be nice but I'm looking for quality. I like my car...
