Well that's what I'm saying. It's not the ballasts because they eventually worked. They are working like every other time we plug them in.

After you add coolant make sure you "massage" your upper and lower radiator hoses until there are no air bubbles popping up from your radiator fill hole.

Yeah I know, my stereo is loud. And yes I'm positive it's getting power. We have tested it. And when you turn the key you can hear the pump prime. And we have already checked filter and for clogs....
