By CEL you mean Check Engine Light correct?
If so, right when I turn the key on it is on for a second, then goes away.
And could a exhaust leak be part of the problem as well? It's leaking right...

Nope, no check engine lights, no codes. From what I'm told its putting more fuel out then it should, a high output of fuel and a o2 will help with that. From what I'm told and how it was worded and...
