Screw driver in the flywheel but you seem to have that covered, Large as you can breaker bar with an extension held up with jackstand/wood/whatever to not bend the extension as you turn it. Tighten...

Hope so, gave the car a 15mile run out and back so 30 miles, checked them at the 15 mark and thats when i saw the nats dribble of oil on the HT leads, on way back it was dark when i got home tonight...

Bump ? Is there any relays/fusible links for the bat / charge circuit under the passenger side to check ? Light is still on, Charge is all at lvls intended 14.5v, Lamp still illuminated.

New seals and proper torque seem to have done it. Tiny bit of oil in the wells but less than a nats dribble so i'm hoping the seals are just setting and no oil will seep in :) Now onto the ABS and...

Is there a fuseable link to check anywhere ? i have checked in the fuse box under the hood and not found any missing / blown fuse.

Hey guys,

Right, Changed the alternator. Charge is 14.5 all round with and without load. Looks fantastic, but need to get a new alt tensioner bolt. so for now it's holding and tight.

love it... After cleaning out all the wells to bone dry :)

Drove car for a bit and tiny bit of oil is leaking in from the top seals.

Took rocker cover off and the new seals i put in the other...

i reckon it is just the top spark seals when i was a spanner and used some washers in place of the real seals/washers attached on the rocker cover. Strangely it worked to get me about and didn't leak...

Can't seem to find anything loose, Haven't done anything to the breaks apart from disconnected some plugs near the ecu when it was being worked on, All plugs are plugged in.

I did the easy ones first when i replaced the rocker gasket as well. Think i may have found the problem tbh.

I didn't tighten the rocker cover down tight enough *blushes*

So i just went out...

Hmmm Fun, Pulled all 4 HT leads today and found a nice pool of oil in each one ¬.¬ just double checking i'm suspecting the seals have gone in the bottom under the rocker assembly.

I have a 95, and i can see your timing marks O.o.....

I never used a cover or even knew thats how people did it XD .... There is one on all 3 of the pics you posted... i will edit them and post...

Thanks mate :D it's already a 5 speed manual so was hoping i could use the tranny which you seem to have said :D, Might be slower shifts as expected, But hell it was a bargain i couldn't turn down.

Cheers bro :) I've got a new ALT on the way. I will double check codes again tomorrow, Wrote them down but only noticed one that was telling me an ABS sensor wanted something, sorted it and reset ECU.
