Not that much of a difference.

If in 35% duty i was getting 15psi with the Greddy
With the Mac it was in 28%..
and boost is stable.

The main change was in the EMS.

On my greddy & mac solenoid i didn't have it. In the current AEM i do.

I will remove it and will update.

P.s.
Anyone you guys may know ever try to hook up the greddy and ems like i did?

power is after switch in on.

Will check all the wirinig and vacuum again.

no. Why do i need a fuse?

The solenoid is working, but giving me FullBoost all the time.

Yes.
All good. Everytime i replace a solenoid it's good for a while and then it's back.

it's not the vacuum and not the WG.

I hooked a toggle switch that when it's "on" it's allowing the ems to control the Boost Solenoid. when it's "off" the Profec B...

Sorry for the late update.

i tried it all. had the car re-tune, different EMS, matched my setup to a friend same map, rechecked the harness.
nothing.

last week i went to the Dyno.. the graph...

will do. But my injectors now are ID1000.

I switched them 60days ago..
And that settings are ok with 3 more cars with series 1.
1. Civic b16
2. Evo with id1300
3. Evo with id 2000

same...

I don't know when it is starting, but i know when i can hear it: i hear it only in vtec, and when my vtec is engaging its the point when my boost is kicking in as well.

Now, when i disconnected...

I have the series 1 ems.

Replaced ECU, Injectors, all ignition components.

my MSD is with an EX coil and CDI.

changed the dizzy with a friend, same problem.

we thinking it's mite be the Injectors, maybe one of them is dripping..

will keep posted, hoping to solve...
