check on the front of the trans to see if the clutch fork is loose. if it is; probably the clip holding the fork to the trans housing came off.

Agreed! The stock clutch should hold just fine till you sell. But maybe trying going with a better brand oem replacement clutch like Exedy. It'll last longer.

The oil could be from the sputtering. You should change your fuel filter first and see if it starts.

I'm pretty sure you have to take off the front bumper to get at those screws. Thats what I had to do. Look from the bottom of radiator up and see if you can see the screws.You might be able to get at...
