I bought my NTK o2 sensor from Amazon for $43 shipped.

I was thinking about going with the $30 Denso route, splicing wires and all but screw that!

Update: Success !

I used some Liquid Wrench lube oil on the old o2 sensor.
10 minutes later, I used a wrench & the o2 sensor socket to remove it.

Fuse 15 is not blown. Also, I took a look at the o2 sensor wire, I don't see any exposed copper.

I had this problem before. It's due to a weak distributor and/or spark plug wires going bust. I replaced both for around $30 each (Ebay parts) and the problem went away.

I'm left with the plastic handle and the rubber seal in my hand.
