UPDATE: Sorry for no update on my thread. I have since returned the new gates tensioner and have picked up a new tensioner from the Honda dealership instead. Put it on... no problems. Bolted right up...

The engine does not overheat at all. I let the sytem bleed out and engine to run for 45 minutes with the cap off then put the cap on and test drive it for 5 minutes then park it and the upper is flat...

I'm not for sure but I assume you will keep it obd0?? If you do you should be able to use your old distributor, ecu, alternator, trans. I'm not sure if the sensors are all the same. I would assume so.

Lost again I will try jumping the connector that is on switch A. And yes it has factory AC. So if the fan TURNS ON then the switch is bad?? What about if the fan DOES NOT turn on??
