The car seems to be totally damaged...it seems you have not taken proper care of it....first it is needed to be repaired properly then think of removing orange peel.....

I think one gallon is sufficient but you need to buy reducer with it....it is sufficient to paint in this much....If you are not satisfied you can just contact dealor he will guide you right way

Making it rust free is very easy......first it is needed to be sanded then it requires paint so that it becomes rust free...there is no need of worrying about it...
