well, looks like your running rich and possibly misfiring. HC's thats your fuel pretty much, could be unburned fuel and/or oil. check you pcv valve.

take a flashlight and look to see if you can see the other shaft, also see if there is anything stuck in the way of the shaft inside of the differential.

if its shifting hard, you might have bad springs in your accumulators, the only thing that might help you is like they said, replacing the transmission or rebuilding it.
