this happened to mine so i ended up grinding the head of the bolt off and welded it back on and used the back bolt cuz that one was fine

Tonight i pulled the a/c coil out from under the dash and pushed the wire harness back through behind the blower motor. I started to make a new wireharness that was the exact length for every object....

so i started to remove the trim and found a rust hole in the top left of the A pillar. The windsheild was pitted anyway so i removed it and found a few small holes. I blasted the area and cleaned it...

just use the gasket that came off your car originally and not the one with the new intake

hey i also forgot make sure you are using the y7 tb gasket because the y8 tb gasket is too short and doesn't go around the iacv so id say that this is prolly what is wrong in your case.
