Yeah it did. I am in technical school so I took it to the shop guys for a timing belt change.
They replaced the plugs also, and said the gap was way off on the old...

I have an 94’ EX and want to pay to have B18 swap done.

Is there a well known, reasonably priced Honda Shop in this vicinity? My regular mechanic won’t do...

I have a 94 that needs carpet, and the window glass moldings. Beltline strips I think they are called.
Is there a site that sells inexpensive repops?

It sounds like a 3 stage Vtec D15B is what I'm looking for. Boostable but still very efficient with the lean burn mode? Are all D15B's, 3 stage V-tec's?

I have a 94 EX. I found a Z1 at a local yard for $400. My hope is to have a car that gets 50 mpg, but puts 200 hp on the ground too. Most turbo civic's don't retain A/C, right?

Is $400 too much...

ABS unit buzzing

Hi,

It's a 94 civic EX. It doesn't leak any brake fluild, the reservior is full.
The ABS light usually goes off pretty quick, but the ABS unit buzzes all the time until it's warm.

It buzzes...

ok. I installed a new fuel filter. If I turn on the key with the small bolt removed on top of the fuel filter, a foot tall plume of gas shoots into the air. Not fuel.

I had someone turn it over...

true that. this 94 has 200k+. I used to work on mustang, but not a civic. (yet)

Dizzy = the complete distributor? The coil and ignitor are inside the distributor?

Now it is hitting, starting, but it won't keep running. I know it's not fuel because I smell gas after trying it for a while. Maybe a shortage somewhere?

Dry as a desert in there. I guess the moisture is hiding somewhere else. It'll be running again in a day or two.. :-/

it doesn't look wet, although there's water on top of the engine block. I must of run through some puddles.

The rotor tip looks pretty worn though?

it's tryin to start but won't. I smell gas now. I up the hood up to air it out, and I'll let it sit a while and get un-flooded.

I have a 94 v-tec civic with 200k on it. It has rained really hard here a couple of days. The car ran fine in the rain, but today, the day after, it won't hit.
