Do they sound sick when they lock/unlock? My 2011 Crz doesn't unlock sometimes and sounds awful when it does. I have to work the lock back and forth for a little bit then they work for a while...

You could also delete the 2nd cat. I'm not sure if you are into that, but a lot of Crz owners notice a big difference from it.

There is also the CT comptech ice box that makes a little less than the Mugen (thats what i've read). It is also a little cheaper and has almost the same design as the Mugen.

It may be that your catalytic converter is extremely clogged, and preventing the exhaust flow which could cause loss of power. Just throwing an idea out there, but that doesn't explain the MIL.
