Re: does any one run 205/50front and 195/50rear

The laws of physics. A smaller diameter object will rotate at a faster rate than a larger one. The problem you may run into is that the front and rear diffs essentially will be fighting each other so...

Re: does any one run 205/50front and 195/50rear

Overdrive vs. underdrive time! If memory serves (and it's short!) smaller tires in the rear means it'd push from the rear more since they turn faster and vice versa. I've heard of ppl in the offroad...

My 99 ex had an OEM disc player and I never had a problem w/ the 80min/700mb discs UNLESS it was a copy of a disc that had multimedia content on it such as videos. Even my current Alpine 9884 runs...

Re: 2006 Pilot 4WD Front Struts

My understanding is that KYB GR2s are the OEM equivalent. Many posts I've read on here by others state they have been happy as they're supposed to give you the OEM ride w/out the sticker shock....

Re: ANOTHER 2004 Pilot with transmission problem

Take what you were offered and deal with it. Try buying a tube tv @ a garage sale and then take it to Best Buy and ask for a refund on repairs.
This country has gotten so soft when it comes to...

Re: need help! 500x2 rockford fosgate amp overheating hella bad!

Do you have a buddy who has an amp you can borrow to hook up and see what his does in your car? If you do, try it out. If the problem goes away, then your amp is toast.

Re: need help! 500x2 rockford fosgate amp overheating hella bad!

I've heard ppl say they should be same length, but everything I've read says it should be as short as possible (which would make sense why companies include less ground than power in their amp wiring...

Re: hidden antenna options?

Any antenna that points skyward will work better for just that reason. Take a collapsable antenna and push it down, radio gets fuzzy, pull it up, clears up. Glass mounted ones are better now then...

Re: Recommend me a good set of 6.5" 2 ways

Sparkomatic:P
Naw, really tho, I put some Kenwoods (can find out model # if you want) in mine and really like how they perform for being hooked up to just the deck (Alpine-don't know model offhand)....

Re: need help! 500x2 rockford fosgate amp overheating hella bad!

Are your ground and power the same length, and what are you grounding to?
How long are you able to bump b4 it gets that hot?
Put a fuse in the power and see what happens. If it pops, then it's...

Re: What was your first stereo?

Re: 90 civic hb radio help please

You mean the connectors @ the speakers? Be better off just running some quality speaker wire and solder the connections instead. OEM connectors = resistance = junk I.M.O.

Re: D16 Timing belt kit...good idea/bad idea?

Not a bad price IF the stuff is really OEM, but seems iffy. I used AC Delco stuff (timing belt kit & waterpump - about same price w/ employee discout thru dealership) in mine and have 20,000+ on it...
