B16A Swap EG - Idle High & Spark Form Around Dizzy Housing

My b16a is idling high sounds like foot is on gas revving it, There is also sparks coming form around the dizzy it's self.

I am really stumped on this one..

Check the blue wire on the plug that has only 2 wires coming form it.

Just because something is new doesn't mean it's good. Remember that.

1.) Test Your Blue Signal Wire

2.) Check your cluster and make sure the tachometer didn't break.

replace your spark plugs and see how your b16a runs. Your iat sensor controls your a/f ratio and that might have went out.. this happened on mine and my plugs got blacker then black.

your tps has nothing to do with VTEC... vtec is a oil pressure system.

so a tps.. which is your throttle position sensor.. is jacked up on ur car and your saying the throttle feels flat once u get past a certain point.. i would fix all the know issues first with my car...

well if your gona be a wise guy, at least know what the heck your talking about.. every time you have ever gave me input on anything it has not been the issue. I have found every single issue myself.

i have no idea why i come on here and ask for help.. a stock p28 runs a b16a just fine.. i have done this many times.. was just very stumped on the dizzy thing.. i will order a new dizzy and try that...

Stock P28, but that wont matter. I just wont be able to rev above 7k rpm.

done did all these test and all test out to be fine and a P28 ecu is the ecu u use to run a b16a swap in a eg.

i used a test light on where the 2 screws go onto the coil and they both have power, yes fuel pump does prime and yes i do have fuel.

your completely wrong.. i am sorry but you are.. i did a match to the head gaskets this am and the b7 and z6 gasket are different.

aight, so here is my update. i pulled the head off my block tonight and there is oil sittin on top of cyl 1 piston and a lil oil sitting on top of cyl 2 piston. cyl 1 vavles and spark plug is covered...
