Just to start off with specs.. 91 si with a b18b(ls), gc/koni, innovative traction bar..
My issue is that the crank pulley on my stock ls is hitting the traction bar when the car is at an angle such...

So I'm currently having trouble with my electrical.. Mainly the #1 on the pic provided below which is located in the fuse box underneath the dash. Its the 10amp fuse that runs the tach, temp etc.....
