Bolt joint boot$$$

I cracked a small hole on front lower ball joint of 2003 Accord when I
was separating knuckle from LCA. The ball joint seems at good shape,
considering I don't have the tool to press the ball joint...

To me , it seems a wrong ball joint or they over pressed. It should also be a clip above
the rubber boot.
If the ball joint is correct and pressed properly, you can just put a clips above the boot...

I think if you have 2 circlips for ball joint, the lower one is the must. When I
was shopping my ball joint, they show me 2 kinds, one is no-name, one is from
Moog, both of them had lower circle...

Check the caliper pins which go into the holes on caliper bridge.
The lower ones are usually get rusted and make the brake seized.

The tool doesn't work on my Accord 03. The fork is quite small,
it cannot surround the ball joint, so it cannot stay there when
I turn the bolt for pressure. I think Honda...

I am in middle of changing CV boot on passenger side. I got loose all
the parts except ball joint. I used hammer and chisel to knock the lower
control arm, tried using two jaws puller, but couldn't...

Alignment should be ok if the new arm is exactly same as old one.
It has two bolt on the frame and one bolt (ball joint) connecting
the knuckle. So, as long as you are using OE part. Alignment...
