Yes when I change the degree temp I hear the doors open ad close and can feel a difference in the temp. I haven't checked to see if the cable under the engine bay is completely opening and closing...

RON even if i flushed the heater core out and got a steady flow of liquid through it it could still be the heater core. how does the heater core still go bad if it has flow through it?

RON to be able to get to the heater duct or blower outlet im gonna have to take my whole dash out to get to all the interior parts right? to be honest im not exactly sure where these two are located...
