Well first get those plugs unsealed, so they can do there job. Is your windshield rusted around it, because that will leak water in from there.

You can get your ECU chiped to run it. I have a B18 swap in mine, and I am running my stock ECU still and it's not chipped. That's because all my sensors are the same as my stock engine.

The fill plug is by the passengers side drive shaft, and it's like just under 2L of 5W30 engine oil that you put in.

They should be the same. I have used the same DC header before on my B18B, and then with a B16A head after going ls/vtec, so it should be the same between all the d series aswell.

No the hatchback will not fit, it's longer. The coupe's should fit, but not 100% for sure.

I had the same problem with my b18. Mine turned out to be my thermostat that was causing the idle to hunt around.
