did it start back up asap? or did it have to cool off, i had the same issue if it had to cool off for a bit and it was fixxed by replacing my main pgmfi relay the one the controls the fuel pump, and...

usually when you replace the valvecover gasket the sparkplug tube seals will come with it, i would take out the plugs clean em off with brake clean, put new tube seals(the ones on the valve cover)...

1998 civic low idle problem

ok i have had this for a while but it usually fixxed itself after 2-3 red lights
now it is consistant when i am in gear and i take it into neutral the idle goes too 400-600 regular was around...

yes ok sure sure well does anyone have a clue cause i just talked too my brother and my mechanic and apparently from the sounds of this it is a piston ring and none of you have even mentioned that...

ok so i take off the spark plug wires and i see oil in #1-2 not 3-4 its not much just residu but it was never there 2 months ago so it seems its just building up slow
...

ya i hope your right but everything seems really tight like.....i dont get it the smoke was comming from all around the engine

which gasket is this? i think it seems like a bit more than that because the exaust i took a peak and it seems fine the sound is fine aswell

uhm its comming from the engine... and i know the cat is on my headers thats why i put it back on cause i didnt have one i put all stock stuff back on and now its smoking im like wtf is wrong!!!

ok i put a aftermarket header on last weekend and ever since i put it on the car started running worse and worse this is a d16y7 with only 182xxx kms
i was told i did not have too run the secondary...

i wish i could plug it in but the sensor does not fit into the lower part of the header........ so back to my question will it cause problems if i run it without the lower sensor i was told that is...
