To bleed air, just run the engine with the radiator cap off until thermostat opens, it's when it bubbles, then just fill the radiator till it's full.

I dont think the brake cleaner method would work on a speed/density type car because the map sensor is already going to adjust for the vacuum leak by increasing fuel injector pulse, works on engines...

Its a possibility, but its propably got something to do with how ecu is running the iacv, try a manual ecu.

By taking off the little vacuum line to the fpr, it'll supply full pressure but won't be much different, but I'm guessing that's not your issue, any cels?
