havent tried looking into the trans to see, but i have removed the dust boot over the fork and can see the fork moving back and forth a decent amount. im not sure what you mean by adjust the linkage....

i think im just going to tell him to buy a new one and ill throw it on and see. i had a spare from when i was in the honda game, but its seized up. ive never adjusted the pedal.

Gonna take the head to a different machine shop Friday and get a headgasket from honda. Hopefully all works out well. This car has been out of commission for far tooo long.
