Sometime an over retarded ignition timing can set code for CYP Sensor but this is a rare case. However you still need to check all wiring, sensor integrity, connection, ect....

depend how how strong you are, throughout all my year I haven't seen anyone be able to damage oil filter by hand tighten, especially on Honda oil filter location

For OE replacement, Cardone is adequate enough, haven't seen any problem with them yet.

I know OTC make a tool to get the PCM to recognize the new sensor. However since this is a new model Honda I not sure if they cover that. I positively sure you don't need dealer involve to program...

If you get 150psi across the board, I pretty sure the bottom end is at least good enough to start. Transmission is the least likely cause since the engine crank over. Did you install the ground...

FYI each time you install new sensor, the PCM need to recognize the new sensor; otherwise the light will remain ON. Unless you transfer the old sensor from the OE rim over to the new rim. Just...

I didn't know Firestone selling Michellin tire, I though they only sell Bridgestone/Firestone brand. Anyway, you can install a different brand on the car just to be safe move it to the rear.
